John Keegan Serving Time For Peabody Murder

NATICK, Mass. -- A man convicted in the 1996 rape, kidnapping and murder of a Massachusetts woman says he is a changed man and should be paroled.

Members of the Massachusetts Parole Board Tuesday expressed skepticism when John Keegan, 41, of South Boston said he takes full responsibility for the murder, rape and kidnapping of Kristen Crowley, 28, in Peabody on June 1, 1996.
