Coughing Leads To Assault Charge

MORRISVILLE, N.C. -- Authorities said Thursday they have charged a man with assault on a government official after an officer said the man coughed into his face during a traffic stop.

I think this cop has a bit too much power! Ridiculous to charge assault for that! Waste of time and money for everyone. The guy was sick for gosh sakes!:sick:

I've been coughed on and never realized I was being assaulted!
