Hi! Okay, as I remember, I went to "Home" and then found the appropriate area where my post would belong, that was Serial Killers. And then, after I clicked into that, a little "Post Thread" appeared on the far right. So I filled that out. And you want to make sure to have a link or two (acceptable sources like MSM) in your first entry on the new thread. For the issue of a missing person, though, I'd go through "The Missing," and I know there are sleuthers on here that deal exclusively with missing persons.
