That is wonderful...in a way.

I suspect this is going to raise A LOT OF QUESTIONS. I imagine there will be unexplained gaps, incomplete documents, etc.

The fall-out from this will be interesting...if it sees the light of day.

imo

West Valley is where the interesting stuff should be. I'll be shocked if they give it up without a big fight.

I'm guessing there will be nothing there to see by the time it is turned over.

Yep. As I said before, unexplained gaps at a minimum.

Gotta love the comments with the above-linked article, particularly the one by Mike White.

IF the Coxes were to receive anything, it would be so heavily redacted that it would be worthless. What is WVC afraid of?

;) Yea, I 'liked' that one, too.

If the Coxes are seeking legal recourse, I can't imagine them NOT ultimately receiving the file(s). There's something very wrong with the act of withholding them. I imagine AB will go to a higher court.

The only reason that would be even remotely justifiable, re: not releasing the files, is that WVCPD thinks that other family or friends of JP are involved and they hope to build a case against them.
