Danbury Has 6 People Who Have Disappeared Without a Trace

Edivano Ribeiro – The Charley Project

Edivano was last seen on New Street in Danbury. He was living in downtown Danbury and working as a busboy at a local restaurant. At the time of his disappearance, he was expected to take a trip to Brazil to see his family in the near future. His family has not heard from him and foul play is suspected. Two years after he was last seen, his car was found abandoned in a parking garage in New York City.

DOB: 11/10/1971
5'7, 150 lbs
Black hair, brown eyes. Hispanic.

I find it somewhat suspicious that two people from Danbury would have gone missing two days apart, and still be missing today. Kelley Zanon went missing from Danbury two days before Edivano. Neither case has much information so I can't tell if they would have known each other.

Still hoping more information comes forward. Not sure if he left on his own, or if someone might have caused harm to him and took his car.

I was just looking around for more info on Ms. Zanon. The MP poster on Danbury, CT PD website, has her missing year as 2006.

I don't know ... (?) ... the case on CharleyProject lists a source of Danbury PD, which is where I picked up that file/info. It's being publicized incorrectly in one of the 2 places. She is not on Namus.

To my knowledge, she was on NamUs and was removed but the removal was not explained as she is still on the MP flyers. I believe she was also listed on Websleuths at one point, since I'm pretty sure the reason I didn't make her thread at the same time as this one is because it already existed. I live in the area and I will see if I can find out information from either the police department or other contacts. I appreciate you pointing it out.
