Okay, so there's at least a skull, because there's dentals. Is it enough for a recon? I wonder what they found. Why is Hartford county so vague about these cases? Also, pretty impressed they entered this case THE DAY THE REMAINS WERE FOUND and yet... Not even a town.
 
Maybe Arlene Vattes who was 53yo when she went missing from 77mi away in Clinton MA since 2004 - her Namus case has very little information. No Charley Project that I could find.

Or Virginia Douglas also missing from a similar distance away in MA, whose husband claimed she went missing on a trip to Maine, though police never found any evidence the she had gone on the trip. Her Charley Project case says LE suspect her husband of involvement in her disappearance - no mention of any connection to CT.
