Sure-why not? He can scam people who go to him for immigration law help. Isn’t it one of the types of law he previously practiced? I mean, I doubt that people who could go to anyone else would use him, but he has to support himself. I hope nobody’s been counting on him for child support payments in the last 5 or 6 years.KM law license suspension ends June, 2026. I wonder if he'll practice law?
Staffing shortages and lack of physicians has been a chronic challenge at York, so she's just highlighting something that is well known and hard to resolve. Working at a prison isn't necessarily a cache career, so I'm sure if given a choice, medical professionals would much prefer to work/treat the general public vs scary women. If you need another reason not to commit a crime, read this article. No fun being incarcerated.Thank you, @waldojabba.
Reads like a prelude to Mt's next civil suit!
Poor MT hasn't had her IUD replaced on schedule--- or seen the dentist, while incarcerated at York...
Ok, I found it -- Writ is filed under civil case inquiry...

Re. case status, the last entry on 4/24 indicates "decision reserved."I can not access either one of these.... dang! Just wondering on the second one - what was the Judge's decision? denied? or ??
Re. case status, the last entry on 4/24 indicates "decision reserved."
"Trial Completed-Decision Reserved" means the court has heard all evidence and arguments but will not issue an immediate ruling. The judge is taking time to review the case, research, and deliberate before releasing a written decision at a later date. No further submissions are typically allowed during this time.
Ah! You read my mind - I was just going to ask about her appeal on her 5th Amendment violation though. Anything happening - hearings was on 1/16/26.
Not too sure which one - this one: A.C. #47734 filed 7/17/24 or
this one - per my notes.
3/24/25: Appeal-Order on Motion for Review AC243465. . Review is granted but the relief requested is denied. On 12/5/25, Troconis filed a Motion seeking to Transfer the Appeal from the Appellate Court to Supreme Court & the Court has not responded to the Motion, as of this date [1/14/26].
Take note the Appeal filed by the State [#47734 filed 7/17/24] was withdrawn/disposed by the State on 5/9/2025.
MT only has her instant/direct Appeal pending at this time [AC 47877 filed 8/5/24]. The respondent received an extension to 6/29/26 to file their brief, and the Court has not responded to MT's 12/5/25 Motion seeking to transfer this case from the Appellate Court to the Supreme Court.
The Writ of Habeas Corpus dated 9/13/2024 has been briefed, and the trial held in civil court. The decision by Judge Carl Schuman is pending! [TSR-CV24-5001865-S - TROCONIS, MICHELLE #433612 v. COMMISSIONER OF CORRECTION].
