Any additional details on this case? Who found her unresponsive and how did she go missing if she likely couldn't leave on her own in that condition? Thanks.

There is a person that appears to be her currently posting on FB. Maybe she walked away from her car and the person who reported her missing doesn't know she's still around?

There was activity on a FB account "Jennifer Moorewayland" from North Stonington, CT after 2018. The final post on the account is July 18, 2021 but then a FB friend of this person posted a memoriam/memorial service notice about two weeks later for Jennifer Moorewayland with dates July 22, 1983-August 1, 2021. It seems that her passing was more recent (8/21)?
