ETA - Another article states remains were found near shore, so unlikely to be either of these men but leaving the articles here due to location.

Police: Human remains found near shore at Watch Hill

WESTERLY — Police said human remains were found Wednesday morning near the shore in Watch Hill.

Kevin’s vehicle was found abandoned in the vicinity of Watch Hill in Westerly, RI.

An article out today states that human remains (appears to be a human leg bone) was found around Everett Ave in Westerly which is about 20 minutes from his home to this area via US-1 and Watch Hill Rd.

NamUs states his street address was “Culter” but I am only locating “Cutler”. It could be a typo.

There is another male missing from this same area a couple of years earlier, Frank Mazzella. His last known location is even closer to this area but both could be possibilities.

Police: Possible human remains found in Westerly

Police said officers were called to Everett Avenue around 9:30 a.m. after what appeared to be a human leg bone was found.
