Well who checked into the room? Him or someone else? Not a lot of info. Was he hooking up with someone that robbed him? Did someone else check into the room hooked up with him but did not know his name?

Exactly! How did he pay? Were there no documents whatsoever in the room? Clothing labels? Any ruleouts?

The Two Trees Inn is actually a lovely 3 star hotel. Was this person using drugs with someone there and then ODed? It's hard to imagine he wouldn't have a phone that could be used to identify him. I wish we had more info.

There simply isn't enough information about his death online - perhaps it was a natural death and that's why LE haven't published much online, since there's no criminal line of inquiry to follow. With such a dearth of information it's hard to know.

Have emailed TheDay (Ledyard local paper) - I was initially trying to search their site for any local media or updates but then thought perhaps they may be interested in this case as a report. I gave this WS link too.
