Olivia Smith, who weighs about 140 pounds and stands about 5-foot, 4-inches tall, was last seen near Framingham Drive in Waterbury.
Smith, who was last wearing black pajama bottoms with the “Grinch” on them, a black t-shirt and flip-flops, is mentally challenged. She is coherent and is not a danger to others, according to police.
She was last seen by a family member who told police she left their home to take out the garbage, but did not come back after 30 minutes.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call police at 203-574-6941.
