• Connecticut State Police have issued a Silver Alert for a 4-year-old girl who is missing from Hartford.
  
  Police said Samara Waden has been missing since Sunday and was last seen wearing a white shirt with blue sleeves and pink leggings.
  
  Waden has black hair and brown eyes and is 3'0" and 43 pounds.
  
  Authorities believe she may be with Anthony Powell, who officers said is her mother's boyfriend.
  
  Anyone with information is asked to contact Hartford Police Department at (860) 757-4000.

The girl was found safe, police revealed on Monday morning.
