A silver alert was issued for Seniyah Powell, 16, of Bridgeport who was last seen on Dec. 23, 2019. Powell is black, with black hair and brown eyes, weighs 150 pounds and is 5 feet, 1 inch tall. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and carrying a Nike duffel bag.
