Curtis wears eyeglasses. He has a tattoo on his arm of the name "Jacqualine Freda Reich" with oriental symbols above it. His right ear is pierced. His teeth are crooked and one of his upper left teeth is chipped.
Curtis was last seen in Honolulu, Hawaii on April 3, 2006. He may have been at the Convention Center at approximately 7:00 am. He was carrying a brown shoulder backpack at the time of her disappearance. He has never been heard from again.
