When Brittany Peck of LaGrange, Ohio was married last month, her dad was due to walk her down the open-air aisle. It caused a few gasps when he abruptly halted the procession and turned on his heel.
All was well though. He'd turned back to grab the hand of his daughter's long-term stepdad, so he could stand proudly beside the young bride too. Photographer Deila Blackburn caught the moment and although there wasn't a dry eye in the house, they were all tears of happiness.
