Gonzalez attorney fires back in Anthony countersuit

Late last week, Anthony filed a countersuit, something Morgan said he never expected.

"Can you imagine? You accuse someone of stealing your child, killing or kidnapping your child,&#8221; Morgan said. &#8220;This person is questioned by police, harassed by the public, loses a job and you say I've been damaged. I've never seen anything like this in my 25 years in law.&#8221;

In court documents, Anthony's attorney calls the original lawsuit frivolous. The counter suit goes so far as to accuse Morgan of filing the suit to "generate publicity for his firm cash in on a high profile media case."
