Very sad...he was such a great talent. My friend and I followed his music from his first LP back in the early 70s. He also did a great album in the late 70s with Tim Weisberg called Twin Sons of Different Mothers. There are some beautiful instrumentals on there.

Also, he released a lovely Christmas CD a few years back called The First Christmas Morning. It was kind of sad listening to it today but still very beautiful...

So sorry to hear of his death. He was always one of my favorites. I always loved his "Deacon Blues".
