I saw this video of YouTube of an artist using photoshop to help solve cold cases. It's what lead me here.
Now I'm a programmer and I have an interest in AI research and deep learning. My thoughts when watching this video was that if law enforcement had an AI software that could take as input photos of the deceased and output an approximation of the victim before death it would be an amazing tool and so much less manual work.
To that end I'm interested in researching this topic and seeing if I can train a deep neural network to do this task.
That all being said I would need thousands of photos of people before and after death to train the AI model. I am hoping you websluths can point me in the right direction.
