Details of Disappearance
Williams was last seen leaving the New Lisbon State School for Retarded Males in New Lisbon, New Jersey at approximately 4:30 p.m. on April 7, 1975. He was a student at the school and was accompanied by another student, Steven Anderson. Neither of them have been seen again.
The New Lisbon State School is located off State Highway 72.
