Found Safe DC - Andrea Spencer, 13, Washington, 22 Sept 2017

A 13-year-old girl is missing Saturday after she was seen on Sept. 22 in Southeast Washington.

Andrea Spencer was last seen in the 5100 block of E Street, SE.

Spencer is described by police as black with a light brown complexion. She's approximately 5-foot-3 and weighs 120 pounds with brown eyes and burgundy braids.

Police say she was last seen wearing a white polo shirt, tan pants and pink Air Jordan sneakers.
