The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 67 year-old Charles Howard who was last seen in the 4300 block of Halley Terrace Southeast, on Monday, December 10, 2018.
The incident was reported on Wednesday, December 12, 2018.
Charles Howard is described as a black male, 5’7” in height, 160 pounds, dark complexion, with black and gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a one piece black jumper, black coat, navy blue hoody, black and grey shoe on right foot, and a black and white shoe on left foot.
