DC - Counterterrorism director charged with soliciting a minor

WASHINGTON (WJLA/AP) - A U.S. State Department official appeared in court Wednesday afternoon following his arrest in D.C. on a charge of soliciting a minor.

Daniel Rosen was arrested at his Washington home around noon Tuesday, said Lucy Caldwell, a spokeswoman with the Fairfax County Police Department in northern Virginia.
