Elizabeth Lockett - Homicide Victim | mpdc

On October 19, 1984, Elizabeth Lockett was found, murdered, on top of a garage in the 600 block of I Street, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
