On 26 January 2024, at approximately 2030 hours, Carmella Potts left her residence to visit a friend and has not returned home. All attempts to locate her have been unsuccessful and there is a concern for her safety and well-being.

Carmella is described as a black female, approximately 5'9 tall, weighing approximately 170 pounds with light brown skin. She was last seen wearing a white long coat and black knit hat.

Ms. Potts is known to frequent the Lancaster Avenue corridor in the City of Wilmington.
