Santiago is described as standing 5'09" tall, weighing 160 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair. His last known address is in Harrington, DE. Santiago is currently serving time for violation of probation - theft over $1,500.

According to the Delaware State Police, an adult male body was reported to be found at 12:42 p.m on Saturday October 28th.

Officials say a couple was boating in the Broadkill River in the area north of Oyster Rocks Road, when they saw the body, an empty kayak and a cooler, a body floating in the water.

According to law enforcement, on Thursday, MCCC staff were notified that Santiago was arrested for shoplifting by the Martinsburg Police Department. He is currently awaiting extradition back to Delaware.
