• Distinguishing Characteristics Caucasian female. Brown hair, green eyes. Finnell's ears are pierced. She has the following tattoos: three four-leaf clovers behind her ear, praying hands holding a rosary above the words "Daddy's Girl" on the back of her shoulder, and a butterfly with a swirl design on her lower back. Details of Disappearance​

Finnell was last seen leaving her mother's home in Millsboro, Delaware on September 1, 2016. She has never been heard from again. She was homeless at the time of her disappearance, and frequented the Millsboro and Dagsboro areas of Delaware. Her mother reported her missing in November after two months passed without contact.

The circumstances of Finnell's disappearance are unclear.

This is another sad case in Delaware. We are such a small state where everyone seems to know everyone. So when one of our own goes missing we feel the pain. I remember when I first read about Courtney's disappearance. It seemed odd it took almost 2 months before the word was out. I had heard she had 2 children waiting at home for her. Not likely that she would just up & leave them
To be clear on missing from location, Millsboro & Dagsboro are right next to each other. Downstate, getting close to the beaches.
She's been gone now just about 7 years. And no word or updates on her case that I have seen. Nothing here on WS. Hoping my post here may spark some interest
