Not sure what they have but there must be some type of forensic evidence since it's being investigated by Delaware Division of Forensic Science.

I don't have a subscription on newspapers.com but there are at least two articles on there, from June 5 1964. All I could make out was race couldn't be determined.

Hopefully he can be identified poor little guy =(

Thanks for posting! Very vague but at least a couple clues. Certainly a case with alot of age to it, but i would think with DNA it should be fairly easy to solve.
