Recovered/Located De - Elena Howell, 24, New Castle County, 30 May 2018 *gold Alert*

New Castle County Police are currently searching for 24-year-old Elena Howell.

(Newark 19713) Today (June 2) at approximately 1030 a.m., New Castle County Police were dispatched to the unit block of Charcoal Drive, in the community of Fox Chase, for the report of a missing person.

There police learned that Elena Howell was last seen at leaving this residence on foot at 10:00 p.m. last Wednesday (May 30). When she left she made statements that caused a concern for her welfare.

Elena Howell is described as a black female, approximately 5’7” and 200 lbs. She has brown hair and brown eyes and a tattoo of a pumpkin on her left ankle and a tattoo of a Zelda character on her left forearm. She was last seen wearing a black long sleeve shirt, and jean jeggings.
