Police search for Del. Park worker missing for a week

State police are asking the public’s help in locating a man who has not been seen for a week.

Leslie Stewart, 50, who lives and works at Delaware Park in Stanton, was last seen about 7 p.m. Tuesday, state police spokesman Senior Cpl. Jeff Whitmarsh said.

He told friends that he was taking a bus to Wilmington and has not been seen since, Whitmarsh said.

Anyone with information on Stewart’s whereabouts is asked to call Troop 6 at 633-5000 or Delaware Crime Stoppers at (800) TIP-3333.
