DE - Two women raped by a group of juveniles in Kosciuszko Park

Police say two women, ages 32 and 24, were reportedly attacked and sexually assaulted by a group of 10 to 12 black male juveniles in Kosciuszko Park at about 6:54 p.m. Thursday. According to police, the suspects, who range in age from 12 to 17-years-old, remain on the loose.


I am dumbfounded by this news! At 7 pm it is still daylight! Were they bored?? SMH

Lordy....in this story/video the police are telling people it is SAFE to walk around the park alone! Uhhhh....okay, I guess if you are locked and loaded it is. Course then the problem is if the women HAD been armed and had shot one of the little darlings they would have to worry about facing charges for harming an innocent "child".
