A young ‘hustler’ was fished from the Mississippi
in 1982. Now the case has taken a chilling turn.
A dockworker spotted his body by the Desire Street wharf — his short and slightly built figure limp, his shoulder-length blond hair wet and matted.
He was dressed in a red T-shirt, blue jeans, blue tennis shoes and white socks.
