That was the Seinfeld last show and I've thought of that more than once
while reading this case.

In hindsight the MR wishes he made an anonymous call? He's been put thru so much BS (probably more to come) but OTH it sounds like he's about to cash in which should make all the BS worth it.
I get all you're saying but I'm still stumped over why it's not our "civic duty" to report finding a body..I just went on a search for 'Good Samaritan laws' but found none that apply to this issue.
Kinda funny!..I'm talking to my son about this (right before I start my search on Wikipedia) & he tells me about a Seinfeld episode he'd seen re: 'Good Samaritans'..Sure enough there it was at the end of the page
