I'm not sure if this is the correct area to post, but I'm curious how many Canadians are active on this site? I'm looking into a murder that occurred in YT in 1992... (Tomorrow is the 27 year anniversary.) I'll make a thread once I have enough posts.

Hello. I'm seeking some advice.
I'm an experienced freelance writer and would like to focus on writing true crime articles/updates/short stories/books and whatever I can find to establish a starting point.
Would someone please provide recommendations with respect to what first steps I should look take?
