Donald was a student at Frostburg State University in 1995. After his freshman year, he moved around Maryland. Donald's mother last saw him on May 7. On May 14, he called his mother and said he was in Santa Monica, California and wanted to come home. He was crying and sounded hysterical during the call. He said he would call back with more information, but never did.
Donald may have traveled to Florida, Canada, Louisiana, Arizona, and/or Mississippi after this phone call.
An unidentified friend of Donald's last heard from him in San Francisco, California in July of 1995. He was reported missing by his mother in July.
