Handcuffed right outside Seminole County Courthouse these brazen folks were ready to drive home despite their suspened licenses. There's 12,000 people in Seminole County driving on suspended licenses so good for the law on this one. Bust them right there and then.http://www.wftv.com/news/15237347/detail.html
