OR Emil Bernhard Thorsen (Thorsø), abt. 50, 1930-40

Just an update:
I have created a NamUS case for Emil and they will compare his case with the tip from shadowdancer.
I am awaiting to hear back from St. Louis personal files.
Still looking at the deck log files from the Tender Rose: No mentioning of Emil so far.

I was thinking we should try a different approach for new leads. I have listed some key elements (maybe someone has some leads?):
- He was working in the woods. Lumber?
- He was working at the USS Brooklyn in 1905 (according to his letter)
- He supposedly owned some Texas' oil stocks

So, I am currently in a dialogue with local law enforcement for obtaining DNA from the closest living relative of Emil. We will use this to match against the DNA of the unidentified person that shadowdancer found.

Will post as soon as we know.

I don't have anything to add, but it's amazing how you've kept up with this, Daanjel! Hoping you receive answers soon!
