Izykowski was last seen in Park Ridge, Illinois on August 3, 1998. She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Eva Sloboda. Sloboda's photograph and vital statistics are posted below this case summary. An international warrant has been issued for her and a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued for her on November 11, 1998. Sloboda is believed to have taken Izykowski to Bratislava, Slovakia. Her case remains unsolved.
