Escaped Killer Richard Lee McNair

If you watch AMW you have probably seen the recent stories they have done on Richard McNair. He is wanted for escape from a Federal Penitentiary in Louisiana, where he was doing time for a murder which he committed 19 years ago here in Minot, North Dakota. Because McNair is extremely dangerous and extremely clever, the US Marshals Service have him on their 15 Most Wanted List. Prior to being arrested for murder McNair had been a Security Policeman in the USAF and had done some undercover drug work for local authorities so he is familiar with law enforcement procedures and is well trained in weapons. He was last seen in British Columbia.
