A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 78-year-old Lake Worth man.
Allan Cohen was last seen Tuesday at the Movies at Lake Worth movie theatre located at 7380 Lake Worth Rd.
According to a release, Allan left the theatre during the movie to use the bathroom at approximately 2:30 p.m. and did not return. His vehicle was also gone.
Allan was last seen wearing a light blue short-sleeve button down shirt and royal blue shorts. He wears a metal 'dementia' ID bracelet, gold watch, and two gold rings.
He was diagnosed with dementia, diabetes and multiple heart issues, including double bypass surgery. Allan also has a pacemaker and requires multiple medications daily.
He is believed to be driving a two-door 2011 red Mini Cooper with white roof and Florida tag number ANMC91.
The vehicle has a barcode sticker in the rear driver side window and a Sunpass sticker on the windshield.
Anyone with information about Allan Cohen's whereabouts is asked to contact the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.
