Had broken toe on her right foot as a child. Right index finger bent towards her thumb due to finger sucking as a child.

Last seen leaving her apartment at 563 6th Ave S Jacksonville FL. Apparently Amanda worked at a gentlemen's club "Stud's Pub"9039 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL , now Pinky's Gentlemen's Club. She was declared dead January 18, 1996.
