Circumstances of Disappearance
Arthur Carver was last seen leaving the Dinner Key Marina in Miami on December 6, 1983 with Kevin Wadsworth, who is also missing. They were in a 21 feet white Enterprise boat, with a white hull and a blue bottom, and a 235 horsepower Evinrude; number FL6072DR. Their destination was Bimini, Bahamas.

I found nothing for Kevin Wadsworth to this day...strange...

Sadly, I think they simply ran into trouble. They were dealing drugs over international lines; it's not too far a stretch to imagine someone wanting to rob them or haggling over price, etc, and simply doing away with them.
