Found Safe FL - Arthur Lee Butler, 47, Port St. Lucie, 12 March 2019

Arthur Lee Butler, 47, was last seen about 11 a.m. at his home in the 2300 block of Southwest Ranch Avenue, according to a police news release.

He is a black man 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighing 280 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a blue shirt and an orange pullover, police said.

Butler does not have his own transportation and normally uses public transit or walks, police said.
