I thought from reading it that he had sole custody, she was the baby sitter, and only NOW has the baby been put in medical foster care.
The question is, why, instead of just regular hospital?

Maybe that's how it is and I'm just not grasping the timeline. I'm sure this child is on Florida Medicaid and they'll utilize in home medical placement versus in hospital placement due to costs.
