Amber Alert Issued For 2 Young Florida Children
Authorities are searching for 7-year-old Brian Mejias, who was last seen wearing a red shirt and blue jean shorts and 6-year-old Gabriela Mejias, who was last seen wearing a pink dress.

Brian’s hair is short, with a hard part to the left. He is missing teeth on the top right. He has a scar below his hairline on the right side of his forehead.

Gabriela has long, dark hair past her waist. She has noticeable dimples, and all her teeth are crowned except the front four.
The children were last seen in the area of the 900 block of Ohio Avenue North in Live Oak.

They may be traveling in a black Toyota Camry, with a Texas license plate.

The Camry has dark tinted windows and is possibly being driven by a man named Rochie.

The Camry may be traveling in a caravan of vehicles with a gray Chevy Tahoe or Suburban with a Texas plate and a beige Chevy Tahoe or Suburban.

The beige vehicle is possibly being driven by a man named Melecio and occupied by a girl named Alexia.

There are possibly 13 suspects in total, plus the two children.

They may be traveling west toward Texas or Madison, Florida.

Two children who were the subject of what police said was a fake Amber Alert in Florida were found safe Friday in Houston, officials said.

An Amber Alert was issued Thursday or Brian Mejias, 7, and Gabriela Mejias, 6, after police said their mother claimed some men, who she hadn't known for very long and were part of a crime ring, took the children and threatened to harm them if she told police, according to authorities.

All that information was false, however, according to police.

Authorities said the mother was arrested and accused of passing fake checks, then confessed to the story about her children.

Police said the kids were never in danger. Their mother told police the children live with their grandparents in Houston.

Police said they spoke with the children at their Houston-area elementary school and the principal said the two had been at school the whole morning.

The Weslaco Police Department says the children were last seen on North Sinclair Avenue on Friday.

The minor’s age range from ages one to 5 years old: 1-year-old Jovanni Ochoa Puente, 2-year-old Jayden Ochoa Puente, 3-year-old Adriana Ochoa Puente and 5-year-old Nathan Ochoa Puente.

Investigators believe they’re with 28-year-old Lorie Zepeda.

She’s described as a female, 5 feet tall and weighs around 220 pounds with brown hair.

Police say it’s possible she got away in some sort of public transportation.

Anyone with information in the case can contact the Weslaco Police Department at 956-968-8477.”

RALEIGH, N.C. (WFMY) -- A 16-year-old girl who went missing Friday has been found.

According to the Davie County Sheriff Office, Arieonna Michelle Roberts, 16, was located in Winston Salem by Winston Salem Police.

Winston Salem Police then made a call to the Davie County Sheriff's Office who went to Winston-Salem get Ms. Roberts.

Sgt. Stutts informed us this was more of a runaway situation and that Roberts was not in any imminent danger, she was unharmed.

A Silver Alert had originally been issued for Roberts on Friday stating she was last seen in Clemmons and Mocksville.”
