A 75-year-old central Florida woman is accused of stealing and giving away her neighbor's purebred golden retriever. Celeste Neese had complained Dumpling was mistreated & lonely. Neese was caught on Walmart giving the dog to another couple & faces charges including grand theft, dealing in stolen property and giving false information during a felony investigation.
