• Identifiers: Fingerprints may be available from previous arrests.
• Other: Medical - Suffers from severe bipolar disorder and alcoholism.

Circumstances of Disappearance:
Miller was last seen at his apartment in the 1000 block of west Central Boulevard in Orlando, Florida on June 16, 2017. He has never been heard from again.

Miller didn't have a vehicle or a driver's license, but he frequented the CITGO gas station 441, Whiskey Burgers, Maggie's Bakery, the Parliament House Resort, and the Wawa convenience store, all of which were along the Orange Blossom Trail (U.S. Route 441).

He suffered from bipolar disorder and was an alcoholic at the time of his disappearance. He had been chronically homeless for about twenty years and was often jailed or hospitalized, but he usually called his family every couple of days. Miller's case remains unsolved and his whereabouts remain unknown.

Missing Orlando man: Family searching for lost brother

Charles Miller is a disabled veteran who has struggled with mental illness and alcoholism. He's also missing. His siblings refuse to give up on a search that has spanned six weeks and counting.

Orlando — The last day Charles David Miller spent with his sister, she took him fishing in Titusville and then to the beach, where the 55-year-old Air Force veteran splashed among the waves.

"He hadn't been in the ocean in I think 20 years," says Christine Rausch, a mail carrier in College Park for three decades. "He was so happy. And I told him, 'Chucky, I'm retiring in just a few days. We're going to find a house together on the water, and it's going to be great.'"

Five days later, on June 16, Miller vanished.

Admittedly not likely due to the distance and few years age difference, but the name and appearance is just enough stretch to suggest this M.P. from Toronto, fwiw, imo, speculation.
