- Distinguishing Marks/Features: Visibly black and missing teeth. A circular scar on inner thigh. Middle finger was previously broken and didn't heal properly.
- Clothing & Personal Items: A Hawaiian shirt with a palm tree print. Carrying a trumpet.
- Identifiers: Fingerprints may be available from previous arrests.
- Other: Medical - Suffers from severe bipolar disorder and alcoholism.
Miller was last seen at his apartment in the 1000 block of west Central Boulevard in Orlando, Florida on June 16, 2017. He has never been heard from again.
Miller didn't have a vehicle or a driver's license, but he frequented the CITGO gas station 441, Whiskey Burgers, Maggie's Bakery, the Parliament House Resort, and the Wawa convenience store, all of which were along the Orange Blossom Trail (U.S. Route 441).
He suffered from bipolar disorder and was an alcoholic at the time of his disappearance. He had been chronically homeless for about twenty years and was often jailed or hospitalized, but he usually called his family every couple of days. Miller's case remains unsolved and his whereabouts remain unknown.
