I think you answered your own question. He is a underage child. that makes this illegal even if he is willing to go along with it. Just because a child or underage person says OK to the ABUSE does not make it right JMO

Yup- I agree!

We have a couple down the road from us that allow their 12 year old, 7th grade daughter to have a 19 year old "boy"friend and I have often wondered if the police would even do anything about it if I called them, seeing how the parents allow it.
