Healed cribia orbitalia steers this towards being an adult, porotic hyperostosis to someone with iron-deficiency/anaemia.

He may have had left leg pain pain from the osteochondritis dissecans which the all-knowing intranet tells me normally happens in childoren and happens from high impact activities like jumping or running. Periosteal reaction (on the right leg) is the growth of new bone, often in response to an injury. The lesion in the hip joint (acetabular fossa) seems to be commonly associated with ligament tears. Schmorl’s Node is a spinal disc herniation.

Was this someone who worked a manual job? Or was an active sportsman with injuries, or just general deterioration? Some of these issues sound to me like he may have had some aches and pains.

Wow! Poor man. He had a lot going on. I wonder if there was any single contributing cause for all this. Like a childhood disease or injury, car wreck, etc.
