A case that could seriously use a light on it. The police have not allowed her daughters to file a missing person report. She was reportedly last seen in Jacksonville Florida in November of 2005. Her daughters have been looking and have a Facebook page setup and have had no luck in locating their mom or in getting a report filed. They haven’t been able to create a namus because they can’t file a missing person report

The police are basically giving us the run around and it's being passed around to the different cities she frequented

I could be incorrect but I believe it is a case number on the top of a mugshot for a crime not a missing person case number. So that’s likely one of the most recent pics available of her.

I've downloaded the flyer and will keep an eye out for her. I'd suggest contacting state police or FBI to file a report. LE runarounds and refusal to take a MP report is illegal, isn't it?

I’m honestly unsure. However I was hoping that since a lot of us are good at online research here at WS we could help rundown some online info on her too.

Diane T. Francis has not been seen or heard from since 11/28/2005.

Diane's boyfriend John T. Boggs AKA JT at the time was known for violence, drugs, and no where to be found. The last address for John was sold in 2016.

Diane's best friend Melinda is no where to be found for questions, the last known address shows no sign of bff Melinda. Melinda has connections to TX as well as Diane.

Diane also went by the name Kimberly Theresa Foreman. Diane had no outstanding warrants so it's unsure why she used a fake name.

Diane has connections to Melbourne, Jacksonville, Palm Bay Florida, Texas and New Jersey.

Why is there a case number if they can't file a missing persons report?

The case number is for an incident report from 2015. John Taylor Boggs called Jacksonville sheriffs office and tried to report my mother missing when he hadn't seen her in 12 years. The case number is for this report.

She was born in somerville. She lived in Asbury park. Later in her life she lived in long branch and Morris town. It is unclear if she spent time outside these parts bu highly possible.

I know you mentioned in our PM that she had other names she went by. Are you willing to post those names here? Any other city state info? Or locations with specific cities?

I see on a site (unsure if able to post) that she attended Morristown HS (NJ). Do you think she still had connections in this area? Old friends she may have reconnected with?
