Disney Cruise Line Employee Faces CSAM Charge

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security took Tirso Neri, 44, of the Philippines, into custody at the Port Everglades port in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., on Monday.

Another Disney Cruise Line worker arrested on CSAM charges

According to a criminal complaint, the arrest comes after an investigation that began in December 2023 found he was in possession of CSAM on two mobile devices.

Neri was identified as a crew member working for the Disney Dream, according to the complaint filed in U.S. District Court.
